Delivery:

We deliver with any minimum order of at least $70 for a small delivery fee of $10 to any city in our local delivery area.

Rental Period: 4 hours + 1 hour of setup (latest pickup is 12am midnight).

Set up Area: We will set up in a flat area either grass or cement (no dirt or rocks). We will place the projector in a 48" table about 15'-25', away, directly in front of the screen. We do require two seprate dedicated 20amp outlets.

Weather: We can not set up in the rain.

Park Rentals:

We deliver and setup at most city and county parks. Park permit may be required by some parks. Generator rentals are $65.

Method of payment:

We accept cash only for delivered orders. Credit cards are accepted only in person at our store location. We also accept paypal payments 2 days before your delivery. We do not accept American Express or checks!

Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.

If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits are non refundable.

If you are hosting a backyard movie in your own backyard you don't need a film license. If you showing a film in a public place you need to obtain a non-theatrical license. Our rental prices does not include such license. License Info

Movie Night Package: 9'x5' Movie Screen, projector with dvd player, sound system, 30 chairs, 1 table and popcorn machine, only $350. (Upgrade to a 16'x9' screen for only $100 more).

Need power? Add a generator rental for only $65.

Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.
