All cconcession machine problems must be reported to us within the first hour of rental. We will try to fix the problem over the phone, and if that does not work we will send someone to exchange it or fix it. Refunds will not be granted if problem is not reported within the first hour after delivery.

These mixes are non-alcoholic, so they are great for kids too. Customer must provide 3 gallons of water and 2.75 liters of alcohol per batch.
Just add 3.5 gallons of water, one bottle of mix, 2.75 liters of alcohol and pour into the mixing jug. Shake well. Then pour into the machine and wait 1 hour for the first batch. When the low light comes on, then pour in an extra batch to keep the margarita machine going.
Rental includes: 1 - 1/2 gallons of mix, 100 - 10oz cups, 100 straws, margarita salt and a heavy duty cart. Alcohol is not included.
Each Batch make about 60 drinks (10 oz). This is good for 30 people at 2 drinks each. Make sure to get extra mixes. No waiting for additional batches, just add more another batch when the "low light" comes on.
This is a self serve machine, so sit back and enjoy your party. No ice required! Make sure to order your extra mix bottles to keep the party going.

Delivery:
We deliver with any minimum order of at least $70 for a small delivery fee of $10 to any city in our local delivery area.
Deliveries will be on a two hour time frame, 8-10am 10-12pm or 12-2pm. Pickups will be on a one hour time frame 6-7pm, 7-8pm, 8-9pm or 9-10pm (saturdays only).
We also offer overnight rentals at an extra charge of $25.
Method of payment: We accept cash only for delivered orders. Credit cards are accepted only in person at our store location. We also accept paypal payments 2 days before your delivery. We do not accept American Express or checks!
Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.
If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.
Rental Agreement:
Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits and advance payments are non refundable.
Set Up:
We do not set up tables and chairs. If tables and chairs are not folded, stacked and cleaned when they are picked up there will be an additional breakdown/cleaning fee.
Customer Pickup:
Customer is responsible to make sure they have enough room in their vehicle for the equipment to be transported safely. It is the customers responsibility to provide their own cargo straps to tie down all loose equipment, if needed. Customer is responsible to load and unload all equipment to and from their vehicle. A valid drivers license or ID card from the state of California is required to rent any equipment, NO EXCEPTIONS.
